The Progressive Happy Hour at Luigi's in Keystone, might be the best in all of Summit County. Beers start at only a $1, right at 3pm! Get in early, because the price goes up every 30 minutes! Along with great deals on appetizers and flatbreads, this is the spot to Après in River Run.
Luigi’s Pastahouse opened its doors in Keystone, CO on in December, 2009. Luigi's Pastahouse is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week from 11am to 10 pm.
What makes Luigi's Pastahouse different than other Italian restaurants? Customers enjoy moderately priced, delicious, home-cooked classic Italian cuisine in a family-friendly environment. Luigi’s introduces an age-old dining concept to Keystone, the “Family-Style”. We've found family-style portions, are great to bring family and friends together.
In addition to in-house dining, Luigi’s offers select items off their menu for Take-Out and casual catering to full service catering options.

Review from Civetta_9 Sept 23 2011: "I'd been to Luigi's for Happy Hour before and this time we went for dinner and had a great time. Our waitress was great, she told us about the dishes as she went over the menu with us and her suggestions were wonderful. The Tomato Caprese appetizer and the Penne Gorgonzola were delicious and the potions were very generous. We will definitely be going back."
Luigi’s Pastahouse is a part of a family of restaurants owned by John Shipp, owner of the Dusty Boot Steakhouse & Saloons. As an added benefit to all of our patrons, the Dusty Boot Steakhouse & Saloon will honor the “Boot Card” at Luigi's Pastahouse, Eagle & Keystone locations, and the Kickapoo Tavern in Keystone. Currently, Boot Card Members earn points by having their server swipe their card every time they dine. After $100 is spent (or 100 points are earned), you can enjoy a $10 credit on your next visit. Boot Points (as they are now called) will be earned on and valid for take-out orders, catered events and banquet venues as well.
Owner John Shipp and his family have been in the Italian restaurant business for over 17 years. Italian cuisine happens to be John’s favorite, so he is excited to share some of his favorite dishes with the Keytsone community.
